XMM Studio version
2.0 incorporates DirectShow playback functionality
and includes:
- Ability to play all formats supported by DirectShow: *.wav; *.mpa;
*.mp2; *.mp3; *.au; *.aif; *.aiff; *.snd; *.qt; *.mov;
*.mpg; *.mpeg; *.m1v and Windows Media Format
(ASF, WMA, WMV).
- Time-based, frame-based or synchronized with a track bar positioning.
- Mark the start point and end point to play.
- Set infinite loop or move frame by frame
(video).
- Capture any frame from a video file in a
still image format.
- Get content information such as author, copyright, etc.
- Support for any DirectShow video and DirectShow audio processing
filters (if any installed in your computer).
- Support for zooming the video during playback: Fit to window, stretch,
50%, 75%, 100%, 200%, and full screen video options.
- Play streaming music and video.
- XMM Studio can convert any of the supported playback file formats.
- The accepted output formats are:
- MPEG-1 Audio Layer-3 (MP3) files
- WAV (using any compressor available on the computer)
- AVI (using any compressor available on the computer)
- Windows Media Format (ASF, WMA, WMV)
- Convert a specified portion of your
audio/video file.
- DV is supported as an output
option.
- Automatically insert an MP3 encoder when saving an MPEG-1 audio file.
- XMM Studio will use any audio and video compressors installed in
your system.
